HOW OFTEN WE VISIT
We will try and clean as close your agreed schedule. However we ask for some flexibility as the weather can sometimes add a week to these timescales. For additional services to your regular clean we require prior notice, so please call before hand to discuss.
All prices are relevant as part of a regular maintenance schedule. All prices assume easy access is available and walkways are left clear of goods and furniture etc to facilitate the cleaning. We cannot move objects to gain access to the windows.
For our customers peace of mind we carry full contractors all risk insurance to £1Million. Copy available on request.
We clean all year round and we even clean when its raining if it's safe to do so. We promise that the results will be the same as rainwater itself has no effect on the cleaning process or quality of the clean as it is pure in itself.
TURNING US AWAY
We promise to be reliable and trustworthy and we would appreciate this from our customers. By asking us to clean for you, we have given you a ‘slot’ in our schedule. If you turn us away the day of the clean or by contacting us within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge you the amount of your clean as we are unable to fill your slot with another customer. We also reserve the right to cancel future service.
ENDING OF CLEANING SERVICE
If, for some reason you wish to cancel our service, you have the right to do so. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for some reason you are not happy with your clean, please call within 24 hours and where necessary we will re-clean your windows free of charge.
We take our customers privacy seriously and do not discuss, share or sell your information whatsoever as of the terms of the Data Protection Act
